        Spoke to Brian at Culligan OKC who informed me that El Reno Culligan office would actually serve my address. 30 minutes later Brian called me back and said "I guess we can help you out, we don't have to but we will". I tried to talk to the manager, Gregory, about Brian's bad attitude and he said "Brian is my brother and he wouldn't do something like that". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CULLIGAN WATER OKC. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        Called Culligan water of the OKC and left a message concerning my Culligan system. I received a call to same day, but the woman speaking with me was essentially rude and are uninterested assisting me. This is not the service I was promised when I bought a color the unit. I am very disappointed with this business! I certainly cannot recommend Culligan water of OKC.
