If I could give zero stars I would. Had a scheduled appointment, took the day off to have their salesperson meet me to do measurements and quote. NO SHOW NO CALL for appointment. Contacted their office asked if I had missed something or were they just unreliable? Person who answered the phone was rude. Told I would have to reschedule. Decided to keep shopping for a more dependable source. I guess their time is more important than mine.

1- after a week of waiting to get the measurements scheduled I had to reach out and request because we were selling our house and didnt have much time to waste. He came next day 2- they measured and did not tell me the marble would be lower than the pictured damage on wall from previous countertop 3- the installed caulked over old glue that should have been peeled off the wall first. 4- bottom line if they told me I needed to prepare the surface I would have. Now we are stuck repairing it after install trying to be careful, while about to close on our home and have never been busier. 5- the marble has weird brown marks on the corner that wont wipe off 6- I was never notified about install time. The guy that measured told me it is always after 10 am because that is when they can leave the shop. They showed up unexpectedly at 9 something when I was just picking up my phone to call and find out the time as I realized they never confirmed. Overall not professional and contributed to more headache.
