I have been going to Dr. Massengale since his practice was at the old Crossroads Mall. We now live outside of OKC quite a ways but I still drive in to see him.

I dont even know where to start. This man Massingale is the most disrespectful individual I have been around in a while he has no bedside manners. He definitely does not have any patience with children. He told my daughter he rather not see her anymore. He was so mean to my daughter for a contact fitting he had her crying and he didnt care his exact words was, I dont see patients like her when they dont take care of their contacts again it took two weeks to get in with him. I dont see how he has a client tel. All I can think of is people are scared of him and they dont want to say , but I will know I will spread the word of the type of individual he is he has no care about your feelings , but Im a small business too, so word does spread. I will never refer someone to this Place!! If this had a zero stars, thats what I wouldve gave him.

This is the second incident I have had with this facility. I had a bad experience when I went for my eye exam a couple months ago and thought that maybe it was just that I was having a bad day and let it go but I called today to get in because my PCP said that I needed to be seen ASAP for an eye issue that I'm having and when I called I was told that if my eyeball was not falling out of my eye that I would not be able to be seen until next week. I work for a physician and I understand that you can only see x amount of patients a day but if there is an emergency that a provider has concerns with then I feel that there should be some give and people should be able to be seen. I will be finding another provider and our office will not be referring people to this office any longer.
