Libra Electric Company

I've had to call them about three different times over the past 10 years with various electrical issues. They have always been quick to respond and send somebody out, even if it was after hours. Every one of their employees that I have interacted with have been professional and friendly. The prices have always been fare. I highly recommend them. Had Libra Electric give us a quote for commercial service. Worked with Craig Talmadge. Kept saying he would come out and he no showed several times. Finally showed a few days later and gave us a quote and said he would have someone come the next day to do some pre-work. No showed. I waited a couple of days and called back. He apoligized and said he would have someone out the next day. No Showed. Waited a couple of more days to call back. He stopped answering his phone and wouldn't return our calls. Finally hired someone else. Put us in an exspensive bind because we had a deadline to have equipment installed and I trusted this company to do what they said.
