Great experience with North Winds. I got a new gas furnace and AC installed. Experienced consistently great service from start to finish - scheduling, sales consultation, design, installation, etc. I felt well informed, not pressured, acted on promptly - it's a great team of professionals I was happy to employ and work with. Glad to see companies still able to provide this type of service here in central Michigan!

Rick did an amazing job and explained what happened to my furnace clearly. All I needed was to clean my flame sensor. I had no idea that it was a thing to be done.
