Had water heater replaced. Hoses were not clamped well enough had water re-leak all over the floor in my RV. The repair was a warranty repair. I've had 4 wheel chocks taken not to be found. Over 'dinky' cheap replacements. Only positive is when the city was threatening to tow my trailer they did let me store my trailer there 2 days with no charge. ***would not recommend**

Brought my 5th wheel in for an estimate. They estimate cost was way over expected so decided no to have the work done. When I went to pick my 5th wheel the next day one of my windows was missing and another one was barely in! They denied taking out my window and attempting to remove the other!! Was very ignorant about it. Now I have I giant hole in my trailer and will have to get it replaced elsewhere. Will never return for an estimate or any other services.

I used them more than once and thought their prices were way out of line for the service they provided. I had them fix a simple plumbing problem on the fittings on the kitchen sink. A few weeks later I had the same problem and they charged me 200.00 to fix something that wasn't fixed right the first time. I refused to pay them and they turned me in to credit bureau!

Poor service and lack of expertise - please be advised. The lights on my trailer were not working correctly, so I made an appointment and brought the trailer in for repair. The shop never called me regarding the status. Finally at the end of the day I called to see if it was done and they informed me that it was not and the trailer needed to be completely re-wired. I then asked for an estimate on the time and cost for a "re-wire." The shop couldn't or would not provide one. (It seems reasonable for a customer to have somewhat of an idea of the expected cost and time.) Because I couldn't get an estimate I decided not to proceed. They wanted to charge me $140 for two hours of work, for what? No repairs were completed. I reluctantly settled on $85.00. As I backed up the truck to hitch up the trailer the mechanic just watched me try 5 times to line it up correctly, before he reluctantly gave me a few hand signals. I was disappointed to learn the mechanic assigned to work on my trailer was very young with little experience. It appeared to me the shop manager was unwilling to help him succeed. As this young tech was putting things back together, the manger lights up a cigarette and smokes it while he is chatting with me, and still unwilling to help the young man. How unprofessional is that? As we check the trailer's lights before leaving now nothing works. So to sum it all up, I paid $85 for nothing, and my trailer is worse off than when I dropped it off. Most business would be ashamed to even charge a customer.
