This place is just the best! When I told them I had an Audi they were the only mechanics that did go ugh over the phone but instead they were like being it on in! They replaced my timing chain for a couple thousand less than the originally quoted me and then went above and beyond to fix some other things I had asked them about. When I took my car in for emissions it was going to take longer than expected so the owner even offered to drive me to work and pick me up when the car was done so I wouldn't be waiting there for a few hours. Very friendly and honestly the best customer service I've ever gotten from a mechanic or anywhere to be honest. I will be a lifelong customer for sure.

Frank's Auto was very easy to get an appointment with quickly. I was able to work in their front office while I waited for me car. All of the employees were very nice and they got the job done quickly! I'll definitely be returning there for future needs.

New to town and I felt very welcomed. Sean was honest and didnt do unnecessary things to my car. Has years of experience and very straightforward. Will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

Not only did I promptly receive a diagnosis for my car problem, but the repairs were done quickly and with most communication that I've ever received from a repair shop. Highly recommend!

Franks Auto was referred to me as a place that specializes in Subarus after two mechanics couldnt help me and suggested I go to the dealership. Young Subaru quoted me $4k. That seemed outrageous, so I decided to get a second opinion. Im so glad I did. It ended up costing me less than half. As a woman its easy to get bamboozled when it comes to cars. I truly feel I can trust Sean and his team to give me the truth and only take care of what is absolutely necessary at a fair price for both of us. Ill absolutely be going here from now on.
