Called before hand to make sure they had the key I needed in stock. Mr. was a little rude on the phone, bt they had a fair price so I stopped by anyways. Walked in and he looked and me and didn't greet me at all. I patiently waited for him to get done. Then I give him the damaged key I needed a copy of. He said he wouldn't copy the key without the vehicle there. The key handle was broken and I told him I didn't want to risk putting it in the ignition and getting stuck. He said to be very careful. I've never needed the vehicle there to make a copy. Went to another key service around the block and had no issues getting a copy with the vehicle not being there. Edit: if you guys require identification for security purposes he should of said on the phone to bring a title or registration. I was fresh out of work and he looked me up and down and the refused to help. Very rude & judgemental.

I had a real estate client lock himself and his new buyers out of his home late yesterday afternoon. I called 3 locksmiths and A1 was the only one who answered (left a message with other 2 and never heard back). A1 was on it first thing this morning. Thank you so much!

I called concerning a dead key fob. I scheduled an appointment for today. Farrell called me to follow up and asked me if I had checked the battery of the vehicle. Newer battery only a year old. Battery was dead. He saved me the service call which wouldn't of solved the issue. Thank you again for being the best. You will have all my future business and I will sing your praises to everyone I know!
