The Hideaway

This restaurant gives neighborhood bar vibes. The menu is pretty straight forward with a focus on smoked meats. I especially like the dry rub smoked wings.

If there were 6 stars for food, Id give them! Had the boneless wings with the hot dry rub, St Louis ribs, and hideaway fries. 100% satisfied and cannot wait to come back. Seriously. Hot, fresh, DELICIOUS.

Came here for date night two Fridays ago, and we were both floored by the service. That's right, the SERVICE, it was phenomenal. The food wasn't anything to throw rocks at either. I had the hideaway burger and a side of potato salad, my wife had the Brisket Rueben and the Mac n Cheese. All of it was delicious. Burger wasn't just a hockey puck with fixins, it was actually tender, juicy, and flavorful. Will definitely venture back at some point. Really enjoyed out drinks as well, bartender actually made me a real whiskey sour, not just bourbon and sour mix. Good joint to try out!

Staff. Food. Beer selection Have been coming here for numerous times since moving to MD. This time order Sheppards pie. Now this is not your traditional Sheppards Pie, trust me, I lived in Ireland and Ive eaten Sheppards pies in the mountains of Glendalough. But I absolutely loved Hideaways take on a classic. Deliciously tender pulled pork, quite creamy mash potatoes with additional MD move, crabs. Enjoyed it very much! And I love their Beer selection or locals and not beers! Also their Blackberry Chipotle wings are the die for, and if you are meat and potato guy or gal, you can never go wrong with the loaded potato! Deeeeeeliicous!
