Had a confirmed first appointment with doctor Kramer. I had misplaced the time, that I had written down , but later found it. I left a vm for the doctor to call or text me the time. Never returned. I'm here waiting at the office for my appt that began 30 mins ago. The other doctor in this office, said doctor Kramer isn't here yet. I left another vm for the doctor just in case she had an emergency and couldn't call me. How is it, that a health professional can have such disregard for a patient, as to not even call. She has just stood this appt up! Un-professional

Seemed to care about my daughter at first, but on the third visit my daughter (13) came out and told me she didn't want to see her again. Said the doctor didn't smile and checked her mail while my daughter was talking. Very disappointing.

Seems to care about your mental health but rambles on about useless things. Also very unprofessional. Takes you in 10-15 minutes late for her 45 min appointments and then eats her lunch, pays her bills, and checks her voicemails while you are sitting in the office waiting for her to talk to you.
