        Lucas listened to my description of what was going on, and he carefully explained the exercises and their purpose. He watches carefully to see if I am in any pain, and he can recognize when I have made improvement. I feel very confident in Lucas and the treatments that I am receiving at the Oceanside clinic.

        Never had physical therapy until my rheumatologist suggested it to help with lower back pain. I chose Gaspar in Oceanside and have been working with Adam. He's knowledgeable and patient and never pushes me further than I can go. I now have hope that over time I will improve and feel very comfortable letting Adam lead the way. I highly recommend this facility - friendly staff and clean environment.
