Terrific Staff! Very warm & pleasant, organized, helpful, informative & easy going group of people. It is obvious right from the get go. That these individuals really enjoy what they do. You can recognize immediately on each of their faces that they are doing something which they truly find rewarding. It is also obvious that this group of individuals operate together like a well oiled happy team! A super thing for me to experience 1st hand! On the "Siskel & Ebert" scale. I definitely give them "2 Thumbs Up"!!!!! I give

There’s a woman Patty (an employee)who keeps things for herself as she request, helps and assists people with items to get started with when moving in to a new place. She makes money off these items at her garage sales. Also met someone in SLO she had helped who knows what I’m talking about. I don’t believe this is right as an employee or human. It’s deceitful and believe fraud in a way. Shouldn’t those items remain sitting for someone who truly needs it. Not for an employee to be making money off of? Just wanted to share. She’s great acting the homeless but is it for a profit to herself? Not out of the goodness of her heart.
