        We waited for MONTHS for an appointment through the national distributor. Appointment on 11/12, evening. He never showed and he never called. All we wanted to do was purchase a whole house generator from him (probably 10k) after the outage (FOUR days) after Irma.

        I purchased a full house generac generator from tri county generator in 2010. This has been the best money I have ever spent. Installation was spot on, no issues at all. The entire time I've had my generator it has tested without fail every week. The longest time it has had to run was 23 hours, it ran without any issue at all. Every year I call michael to service my unit. Michael has always taken care of my unit consistently. Recently I received a letter from generac regarding possible corrosion of the fuel plenum. They advised me to call michael and he could check it and replace it. The best part, they covered the cost! What company stands behind a product like this? I've had my unit 7 years and was out of warranty. I was very impressed. If you are looking for a generator and want hassle no free cares don't hesitate. Talk with michael and buy this generator. For what it costs for a portable generator, that doesn't cover the whole house, hauling gas, storage and safety concerns this is a no brainer. When the power goes off I count to 5 and I'm all powered up again. What a joy. I am a woman and I live alone. My neighborhood is very dark when the power goes off. I feel so much more secure, even my exterior lights work. Thank you michael for taking care of my generator. Thank you generac for a superior product.
