Called and got price on a part, had serial number, part name, everything he asked on the phone I answered. I asked them to lay it out and gave my name. Went to get it, nothing was laid out, had to go through everything all over and then the price more than doubled after a long drive there. I get people make mistakes but when the guy acts like you're an idiot, oh you called someplace else, you're at the wrong place, people call from Canada and think they are here. Well first off I was given the 47th St address and he added right behind Waffle House off of Maricamp, so I was at the correct place! Then he says his son was who answered the phone and quoted the incorrect price. I'm wondering if it's a gimmick, give wrong price to get them in? I could have understood if the arrogant man who helped me acted half way nice instead of acting like I made the mistake. Will never go back to this place and they better train people before others travel and waste their gas and time for nothing.
