Would definitely not recommend this place to do business. They purchased items from us online and I called to let them know that the one of the items they ordered was out of stock. The owner said to go ahead and process the order and send what was available - which I did. A few minutes later they call to cancel the order and after explaining to them that the order was already processed (we are a 3rd party) they decided to tell me that they would refuse the order when it arrived and dispute the charge on the card. So overall, this is what happens. We now have to pay shipping to them, then rerouted shipping back to Augusta Sportswear, credit card fees on the original transaction and restocking fees to Augusta Sportswear - all because Victor said to process the order! So overall on a $119.01, we end up losing $42.86 because VICTOR made the mistake. Stay away from these type of businesses. When they make a mistake they point the finger elsewhere! Bad , Bad Business!!!

Placed order and emailed artwork, 3 weeks heard nothing about embroidery..I called for them to say they could not convert a AI file..cmon...send it out or something. Companies with the Cant mentality amazes me. Its your Business! I converted file for free on line on laptop in mall parking lot..took flash drive into Lids and had six hats made..SMH
