Called them because my garbage was not picked up...they told me there was a car near it....told them when i put my garabage around 10pm there was no car near it ....they told me nect time dont put your garbage bin in the public parking so they wont move your bin....i told them "sorry for putting it out" and they told me that i need to pay 30$ to pick it up and i said sure ill pay....day ends my garbage was not pick up....even my neighboors trashbwas not picked even tho its like almkst 5ft away from the car....

Paid $30 for out of service green waste pick up driver refused to pick up saying bin was to heavy yet he made no attempt to move the bin, or weigh the bin; he simply lifted the lid and refused. He was condescending, towered over me cussed at me and refused to take my green waste bin saying it was over 500 pounds when I questioned how could he tell when he didn't even attempt to move the bin. He stated, "I think it's over 500lbs" . Now I'm a 150lb female with a bad knee & back there's no way I could've moved a 500 pound bin to the curb from my side yard. mind you I paid same fee day before for out service pick up for same bin and bin was picked up. Furthermore, company is refusing to give me back the money I paid a service for yet did not receive said service. Horrible customer service constant issues with this company and lazy unprofessional employees!

I called friday to let them know the recycling pick up missed my home and my neighbors. She said you have to wait Monday the truck drivers are done working after 2pm. To my reply your truck driver came by 3:30!!! (Video obtain from my home security) Just expect your garbage to be garbage service. They need accountability. Update today is Monday they didn't pick it up. And CS said a work order was placed Friday then why didn't you pick up my trash. Service: Trash removal & disposal
