I did not call for service, but my neighbor across the street did. A few things happened that resulted in me giving them 1 star:
1.) Without asking, they blocked my driveway all day with piles of branches.
2.) In the afternoon, they came onto my property to steal power and charge their equipment from my outlet without asking. I noticed so and came out to ask to remove their equipment from my property. If they had asked nicely, I likely would have been OK with them using my outlet. When confronted, they had a bad attitude about it.
3.) They also left a pile of trimmed branches and wood in front of my house until the next day, blocking my mail box and my parking spot.
4.) After they packed up and cleaned up on the second day, I did a quick walk through to make sure they didn't damage anything and didn't leave a mess by my property. This is when I noticed 3 bottles, hidden in the bush, in front of my house. 2 bottles of used motor oil and 1 bottle of chainsaw oil.
A little courtesy would have gone a long way.
