August was the second attorney my sister in law had contacted and hired for her divorce. Her situation was complicated it involved children, financial difficulties, family issues and overall a messy divorce. My sister in law originally hired an attorney who seemed to dismiss our concerns. August from day one was caring and supportive to my sister in law and what this experience was putting her through. Not only as a mother but also as a wife and as a person - divorce is stressful. No matter when she called August or contacted him he never dismissed or rejected her concerns. He listened, he always gave options and allowed her to work through these scenarios and assisted her in making the best decision. August was always professional but human. He didnt make us feel like we were just a paycheck. As my sister in law was divorcing my brother it made it that much more personal to me. I was supporting my sister in law because it was the right thing to do. My brother had addiction issues and mental health issues that were affecting my nieces and my sister in law and family. August was consistent, he was real about the outcome and the affects it would have on me and my family too. I appreciated that as someone who worked for lawyers in the past, the authenticity of Augusts abilities and knowledge that not only his reviews stated but he shared with us. August is reliable, he is an honorable attorney and person. He always asked how my sister in law was doing how the kids were and even myself. He welcomed my ability to assist my sister in law in getting the documents and information needed for her case. August was prepared for her case and court appearances and it was obvious in court that he was experienced and respected by the courts and judge. He didnt strike the defendants team with ridicule or ridiculous claims like many attorneys. He held himself to a higher standard and that was not only well received but also showed us as clients that this was the right choice . We did not need to lower ourselves or take up time in the courts with claims or paperwork that couldnt be verified. We were not there to waste time we were there to get a divorce and protect the children. We also truly appreciated that when we were making decisions based off emotions instead of knowledge or just right and wrong, August was forward and kind in his guidance of bringing us back to making decisions based on what was best for the children and my sister in law. Overall the experience was excellent with August. His staff was great and while the divorce experience was long and hard to no fault of August, he was from the beginning realistic on what to expect, he prepared us for what was to come and all the obstacles we faced. He was there step by step he never left us to figure out what was next. He never left us to figure out who to call or how to fill in paperwork that was related to children and required by other professionals involved in our case. Even though much it was not his responsibility here still was there step but step giving us the help we needed. He was never hard to reach he was never aloof to our concerns or our responses to the never ending claims from my brother. August is someone I have recommended over and over again to others and would use again without a doubt. I believe in him as an attorney, his knowledge of the courts, litigation, the law of divorce and family court law presiding over children and even in respect to jurisdiction over another state which in our case was involved. August is someone that we truly can say we put the lives of my nieces and my sister in law in his hands and we did so with no hesitation. We are so grateful for the outcome of the case and divorce. We are grateful for the time August invested in our case and the welfare of our family. We give him 5 if we could give more we would!

Id give him neg 40 he took thousands of dollars from my father who is handicapped, never appeared in court. My father lost his house, had warrants for his arrest and he lies and lies. My father lost everything he worked for because he entrusted this man. How he is even allowed to practice law is beyond me. He is a liar and a thief.

This man was God sent...He is straight up and then some. He not only knows the law but cares about people and the Court too...I cant say enough that in my time of need he provided the advice I needed to articulate my situa.tion and get results. Man deserves nothing but respect and praise...He is " salt to the earth"!!! Highly recommend if there were 10 stars I would give it...No Bull..
