Randy was a pleasure to work with for my project of replacing 17 interior doors. At the first visit, he took the time to measure each door so that I could buy the correct sizes at Menard’s. He recommended which trim to buy as well as door knobs and hardware for my sliding closets. Then he waited patiently during the Covid-19 lockdown when I decided to put our project on-hold for 3 months. Everything turned out great, from scheduling to custom resizing of a few doors that were still too long and adding matching wood trim to closet doors that were a 1/4 inch too narrow. He even picked up my doors from Menard’s each morning on his way to my home and hauled away debris each day his guys left, so I never had to pay delivery and figure out where to store all those doors or rent a large disposal container!

The guys at McVicker Door & Window were life savers. After months of waiting and getting postponed time after time by the installation company contracted to Home Depot, I had finally had enough. So I cancelled the installation and called Randy. He came out to my house the very next day and gave me an estimate that came in at a much better price than I had been quoted by HD. I ordered by doors from HD in October, and was still waiting for installation in March. Randy was able to put on his schedule for installation, within two weeks. When the installation day finally arrived, Randy and his guys showed up right on time. He had originally said the installation would take two days, because they were installing every entry door to our house. However, they were so efficient they completed the entire job in one day. You really won't find a more professional, friendly company than McVicker Door & Window. I highly recommend their service!
