        I called. For a quote the pricing was much higher than many other competitors I called and it took a while for someone to call me back. If the price was justified I might have gone with them. But I couldnt give a five star service.

        They did a great job cleaning two precious rugs--a Chinese carpet I purchased in Hong Kong and a Dhurrie rug purchased in Singapore. The Dhurrie was fraying on both ends, so they repaired and retied it beautifully. Great worksmanship and they seem to take pride in cleaning and restoring.
