Communication is extremely difficult. I tried for months to even get a call back after my initial time trying to reach them. I finally got an appointment and was written 2 prescriptions. They were sent into the pharmacy but one was not a complete order and was missing the quantity. Both myself and the pharmacy have tried to get in touch and to no avail no response has been received. I attempted to leave a message but the system automatically cut me off after 3 seconds and hung up. Its a shame that I'm going to have to drive all the way there to either properly have the prescription sent in or I will go to another dermatologist entirely.

Great service, I had a painful rash and the office staff got me an appointment that day. Dr. Claudia Hossain diagnose the rash immediately and got me on an Rx that is clearing up the rash. She was very easy to talk to and willing to listen. Highly recommend her and the other doctors at NISC.

Dr. Nervi is simply an amazing and wonderful human being. He listens and provides his expert opinion on the services you want. I trust his guidance and appreciate that he takes his time. He doesnt just rush you out of the room. Pricilla also did a great job as the medical assistant. She asked questions and made sure to guide me while I was paying. Overall great experience

Dr. Nervi's experience shines trues, as does his staff. Kind, comforting, efficient and thorough. Makes a scary process palatable and when he says it won't hurt, speaks truth!! What a relief to have him on my health care team!
