This store is absolute garbage, they did a repair they are simply not qualified to do. They ruined my expensive watch and when I bring it back they say the policy of zero liability is written on the receipt (after the fact). The owner is a rude nasty individual. I'm sure this happens a bunch. He seems more than versed in dealing with unhappy customers. I had to add this after looking at the response from the owner. The watch I had repaired was a waterproof watch. Why would you need to ask for water proofing if that's the way the watch was intended. Anyway, more lies and incompetence. Sound familiar??
