If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a pawn broker and customer from another state. I inquired about a piece of jewelry they had on their Instagram and eBay page, and the person responding to the messages on instagram was completely rude to me. Don’t waste your time dealing with rude people, especially if you can’t go see something in person. Would NOT recommend.

Thanks again folks! 1st time a while back walked in pretty much hopeless and fed up with 3 previous local (really local) pawn shops 1st guy didnt let me get to the counter before saying no, 2nd and 3rd just chuckled & looked at me as if I was trash. Then my last shot only cause i stumbled upon it was West Coast Pawn!!! Oh my was this a unexpected blessing! Not only did they lend me the $ but actually more than what I was hoping to even ask for, and settled me down a bit im sure they noticed my timid expression at the time and could have easily said No or even worse take advantage of the situation. (Multiple tix) second time in a pinch again and once again helped me out!!! Just left from picking up my items. And will be back as well as refer people personally!!! THANKS AGAIN YA'LL GOD BLESS & HAPPY NEW YEAR

I went in there about a couple weeks ago to buy a electric guitar and suprisingly they got a good selection, i bought a red first act guitar, its in pretty good shape and plays really well the pick ups are good, its needs new strings is all. The price was affordable at about 90$ for the guitar and i bought a really sick amp for 60$ plus they let you try out the guitar before you buy it, which is awsome. I reccommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal. Also the people there are cool and even gave my friend a free metal guitar pick!
