We had paid for a years worth of service and they came out one time when they normally come about 6 times. We have been customers with them for over 10 years and no one will contact me back or pick up the phone. Must be going out of business. Would rate 0 stars if I could

We had used them previously with no issues for tree spraying. However, this year we pre-paid as we have in the past, and they never came even after repeated calls. They kept saying they would spray our trees "next week" and never showed. We called and asked for our money back as we went with another company. We called several times and were told the owner has to cut the refund check and "she will leave a note for him". Needless to say 15 phone calls later we still haven't received our refund. If I could put zero stars I would.
