Chris, one of the technicians was sent out to me to fix one of my window ac. He took the time to diagnose the problem and explain what was the issue with it. He gave me a price before even doing the service and made sure we came to an agreement, he was great now my window ac is working like new and now I don't have to suffer in this heat! My new favorite people for any ac problem, thank you so much (:

Service and diagnostics was prompt and efficient. The technician was courteous, professional, and very amiable. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Also, he provided a lot of valuable information in keeping our cooling and heating. I will definitely call them again - super nice people!!!!
