        Terrible experience! After shopping at Terry Lumber then Stock lumber and now BMC for 27 years I think I'm done! The location was empty when I got there I waited 23 minutes for one wood threshold the majority of that time was waiting for somebody trying to ring me up. When he failed he decided to go watch a TV monitor for a while then asked a guy named Joey to ring me up. When I threw my hands up Joey immediately threatened to raise the price if I didn't like waiting for him. After telling the manager Pete what happened I realized I was wasting more of my valuable time he did not even seem interested. Joey immediately started to argue with me although I was speaking to the manager I recommended the manager check the monitor to see what happened. It didn't seem like that was going to happen either. This was not the first time I saw this employee Joey giving somebody a hard time, last time it wasn't me it was another customer next time it might be you. If I have to wait this long for one piece of wood now that BMC has taken over an old Terry Lumber location I can't imagine what my employees have to deal with when they come for a load of lumber. I hope BMC will check out their locations and improve their customer service or we will be stuck with going to Home Depot and other lumber yards in the area. Update! Did not come here for 5 years after my experience with BMC. The new builders source was a huge difference. The guys in the yard were very helpful Joe at the counter was very quick and efficient looks like they might have my business back.

        -5 stars for this store. They messed up orders. They made me wait for a door for almost 2 months, and I never received it. This was my first time in this place, and I don't want to go back. Also, don't ask for help because people disappear. New staff is urgent!
