Finmark Carpet One Floor & Home

I highly recommend Finmark Carpet One ! They are very knowledgeable, friendly ,and competitively priced. They just sent one of their teams headed by Adam to my home to install Coretec lifetime "Luxury Vinyl Planks". They removed my furniture, including an 80" big screen tv and surround sound system. They removed the carpeting and prepped the concrete floor . Adam graciously answered all my questions and did an especially clean and seamless job dealing with a railing and step. They did a beautiful job installing the floor , especially where it meets the stone fireplace.They installed pads on all the furniture before replacing them.. And they successfully hooked up the big screen and surround sound!

Ive used Finnmark for many years and have ALWAYS gotten great service and they make sure you are pleased. Recently i placed a small order for a replacement transition strip and knowing i am handicapped they even went out of their way to deliver it. How thoughtful and kind AND APPRECIATED! To all concerned, this is Karen Finmark and I did NOT write this review, someone is messing with us and I am trying to get Google to delete it!! Like always I shopped 3 stores, Finmark had been referred by several friends. They had the largest selection at the same or lower prices as the other stores but what stood out was my salesperson Austin, he gave me the most friendly attention and very good information, really made me feel more comfortable and confident than the others. He came to my house as scheduled, measured and gave me a price I felt was very fair. I ordered and we scheduled the waterproof flooring and carpeting. The installers showed up in time, completed the work in time and were very careful and neat. Upon completion Austin told me we have a lifetime labor guarantee. I will refer them to everyone I know for flooring
