Hugabug Child Care Center

This place hardly ever answers the phone and when they do, they take your name and number but never call back. I understand they could be short staffed but theres really no excuse for not returning calls.

When we first toured Hugabug and spoke with them we knew immediately that it was the place for our boy! Our child is excited to go to school everyday, he has learned so much and made lots of friends, you can tell that he is loved and cared for there. We absolutely love the staff! They not only care about your child but they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable leaving your child! The first thing they say is if you see something we should do differently, tell us. They always listen and take concern with even the smallest issues, they also make sure things are resolved before the day is done. It is with a heavy heart that we will leave Hugabug after the holidays, but we will always remember the joy they have put in our boys heart and love they have always shown our family!!!
