First the convenience store has priority. So if you go in while they are busy they ignore you and help everyone buying drinks and cigarettes first then go back to them every time someone walk in. They dont know how to rent out a trailers. They told my my trucks uhaul installed towing package was not compatible with any of there trailers. Wasted an hour there and ended up just walking out. Worst uhaul experience ever!!!

This location is garbage with run down trucks I went 2 hours over my 24 hr rental and this sorry person charged me for another full day 22 hours left of the day and he wouldnt work with me on the price. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION

Booked a Uhaul and necessary accessories to move furniture from my apartment and the location did not provide a furniture dolly like I had booked. They did not help in any manner to locate me what I reserved. Find somewhere else to book and if your reservation is switched to this location, cancel it or find a different spot.
