        It was hard to make an appointment but afterwards everything was fine. I loved meeting my doctor. He was very personable and took time to explain things next steps

        Dr. Bhagavat refused to consider my Graves Disease as the cause for my rapid heartbeat despite having full access to my medical history. She ran her tests and determined that I was fine. She would never contact me after my results were in, I would always have to follow up with her. She did not even have the decency to contact me herself, but instead had her nurses call me. My PCP was my saving grace, who put me on a beta blocker, which lowered my heart rate to normal. I'm no longer having palpitations and anxiety. Thank God for my PCP, as Bhagavat was completely useless and showed zero concern for my condition. She failed to treat me as an individual and failed me as her patient. I DO NOT recommend her to others for treatment. She was one of the worst doctors I've encountered in my 42 years.
