Update after my second time dealing with Brass. I refinanced a commercial property through Brass and paid for a third party appraiser only for the lender to reassess and get another appraisal that came in $50k lower than the original. Brass did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation and instead put me between a rock and a hard place as the process which is supposed to take 45 days took over 120 and I needed to refi. I was not prioritized, would call and be sent to vm, send emails and wait days for a reply. Proceed with extreme caution.

Absolute horrible experience dealing with the circus that is brass financial. My buyer used these amateurs as their lender and had I known we would have never accepted the offer. What was supposed to be a 2 week standard close ended up being a 2 month long nightmare. Dane Brasslett, the head clown of this circus that I had to the displeasure of dealing with, lacked any sense of urgency, communication and delayed closing 4 times. He would request documents from the buyer hours before closing that should have been done weeks ago. Dane is completely negligent and I don't know if they just dropped the ball really, really badly for my closing or the other reviews on here are just fake. I will never work with this company again. Read my review and be warned.

Thank you so much Brass Financial. From my very first contact with Steve Brasslett to the rapid loan closing facilitated by Steve and Dane Brasslett the loan process couldn't have gone any smoother. Honesty, speed, integrrity, I just can't say enough good about then. They not only will go the extra mike for you, they'll do it in a hurry

I cannot say enough about my experience working with Dane, John and the rest of the team at Brass Financial. I just purchased my first investment property and it went so much smoother than I could have ever imagined. Yes, I was nervous and unsure of the whole process, but they guided me through everything. If I emailed or text a question it was answered immediately. They even gave me a recommendation for an insurance company. I really cannot say enough good things about this company and cannot wait to call them for my next project.
