Just had a very good experience dealing with Heather D. at the service department. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional; she informed us every step of the way of what was recommend at a reasonable price. Ask for her next time you go there.

The sales manager is on the spot, ok but the sales secretary Emily is so rude and full of bad attitude. I am not sure if she is with everyone like that or no but I feel bad for her coworkers with negative energy she shines

I was recommended this dealership by another dealership. When I got there, we were looking around for an S class as we were looking no one ever approached to ask can they help us anything they treated us as if we were invisible. The salesman walked right past us, and never even acknowledged us. The customer service was very poor and Ive been to several. This is unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Not only would did they offer around 50% of fair value on my used car for trade-in value but they refused to hold a car for more than a day despite offering to pay over half down. The financing they offered was around 10% for 48 months maximum. Since they would not take a down payment, they kept the car on the market while I worked on outside financing, and sold the car the next day. Every step was unprofessional and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
