The service department helped me out of a bind today. The rear window on my truck would not roll up, and I was desperate to get it fixed. The temperature was 26 degrees, and I could not secure my vehicle. The service department was able to get me in without an appointment (I was lucky that they had an opening) and fix the problem the same day and under warranty. Thank you to all involved. We will be back.

Bob Thomas ford is an old-line ford dealer that has continued to get it right. The sales team is top notch as is the service department. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. It also helps that they sell Ford Trucks!

Made an appointment online and was surprised they hadbone for Saturday a afternoon without haveing to wait for months. We did not purchase our raptor there and it was out first time going. The servixe advisor was fantastic! We had stiching coming undone from our center console and he ordered the part. Hopefully we will get a call when it comes in. My only complain was that if we need major service we cannot have a loaner because we purchase it elsewhere. With our busy work schedule it makes things a little diffuse for anything not quick further down the road.
