        Our water heater quit working. We first noticed it in the morning. I made a call to Metcalf Payne and Bell that morning. They sent a technician to our place in less than an hour. He quickly diagnosed to problem and fixed it right away. They have always met or exceeded our expectations. I recommend them to anyone that needs help with plumbing or HVAC work.
