Warren's Carpet One Floor & Home

They came to install my flooring and did an excellent job. They removed my old carpet and tile and installed new vinyl flooring. There was a discprency in the molding needed but Warren took care of it and made me a happy customer.

Salesman Zack was knowledgable and friendly. Timeline was as promised and the installation was expertly done. All staff members were professional and went the extra mile to make sure we are happy with our experience. We will buy from them again!

what i have to say will not be good. I will say that the sales person was great. They do have a good selection of vinyl flooring. On the 1st of March the installer came at the the time he was spouse to be there. Great good start. But that's were every good stopped. The vinyl was ripped,two or 3 places. Installer did not complete the job,then want to be paid for a bad unfinished job. Nails were left on the floor. Sharp pieces of metal were left on my basement steps,if you were to step on this bare foot you would fall down the stairs. The left over material was throne down at the bottom of the basement steps,blocking the steps .He did a real hack job on my molding with the saw.Vinyl has air pockets & bubbles sticking up to this day. The door was supposed to the be trimmed and put back on,it was not. Installer did not clean up after him self. ( saw dust). Did not clean the glue off the new floor. theirs more i can say but i think you get the idea. At this point i have not heard back from Warren's. I called a week ago to fined out what was up. I would say that at this point i WOULD not do business here. I do have lots of pic. i can add to this if i need to. Warren this is your chance to make it right.
