        Im from Montreal Canada and I had an issue with my fuel door not opening. As I have a long drive home tomorrow, my quite urgent situation had to be fixed rapidly and for the amazing service I received, I have to thank Rich, Jonathan and all the Mercedes team from your dealer.         Had a great sales experience at MB North Palm Beach with Jim Murphy and his colleagues. The GM, Paul Passarelli, introduced himself and is invested in providing excellent customer services. When I got a screw in my 7 day old GLC 300 tire I contacted them and received superb care from Ken and the service department. Very pleased!
