I walked in with a ton of questions concerning the purchase of a pool pump. The owner, who has extensive knowledge, spent an immeasurable amount of time explaining the options. I eventually purchased what was recommended and couldnt be happier with my product. More importantly, I was not rushed and treated very well despite all my annoying questions I asked the owner and his staff. They were patient, attentive, and courteous. Thank you for the awesome customer service!!!!

Went above and beyond to help with a broken pool pump motor. I called after hours. The phone call was answered and was able to get Simone out to my house in 10 minutes (even though they were closed). Turns out it was just a bad wire that was fixed in a few minutes. They could have sold me a new motor and I wouldnt have know any better. As for pool cleaning service, they are wonderful. They show up every week - same day & time and do a great job keeping my pool clean. Tough task considering I have two golden retrievers that love jumping in every time the opportunity is given. Truly appreciate the service provided by this store.

I would like to readdress my previous post. Due to a misunderstanding. ( With my wife, NOT pinch penny.) I put some things in the post that were not accurate. Pinch a penny did reach out to me and we discussed the post. At that time I did decide that it was appropriate to Readdress the review. I am never going anywhere else for repairs!!! Michael Paris has a great team that is very thorough, and follows up! I was out of the country when I needed a new pool pump, and he made sure everything went smoothly and quickly so my pool never turned green. Today I needed a new part for the Intellicenter, and he's on it with his team as usual!
