        You would think the residency price tag alone would ensure loved ones that the best of care is given here. We found out the hard way that is not true at all. My Dad was found in poor condition, dehydrated and uncared for, his room unclean, etc. We removed him from this facility before things got worse. I'm so disappointed and infuriated that this facility failed to care for my Dad properly. As difficult as it's going to be, he is better off at home than in this incompitently run facility. Shame on the staff and management who miserably failed. My father deserves better than this.
