Awful. The pizza here used to be great. I wish I knew what happened to their quality. Our deep dish pizza had NO cheese! The crust was paper thin with bizarre quantities of toppings. The pepperoni was only in stacks of 8-10 pieces near the crust and nowhere else. It was also cold when we got our order. There was only 3 other tables seated during our visit. Please check into your quality issues!

I loved it the first time we went. The last time, however, our waitress hovered and was invasive without actually being attentive to what we needed. She clearly left my order on the pass bar under the heat lamps for a long time while the rest of our food was getting ready because when I finally got it, it was extremely dried out and baked onto the dish. We were quite dissatisfied with her service. Then, when we paid, she had the nerve to TIP HERSELF out of our change! How very tacky and dishonest. It was all very disappointing.

Horrible service took 20 minutes just to get our drinks, waitress was not friendly, took forever to get food when we did our food was brought out with no silverware ... she never came back to check on us we had to grab other waitress’s to take care of us! Sorry OC service seriously needs to improve!! At least the food was good!
