I am a huge fan of preventative maintenance. I don't trade in or sell cars. I buy them, pay them off, and then drive them until they are dead on the side of the road. lol The team at this Valvoline location totally understands that perspective, and loves going through all the options with you for how you can keep your baby happy and purring as you drive it for years to come. :) They do way more than just oil changes (radiator flush, transmission fluid, battery, etc) and their managers, Jeffery in particular, are great at explaining what makes sense to do when, and why. Definitely will be back to this Valvoline! Highly recommended.

Was my first experience with an oil change at that caliber and I wish things would have went a lot smoother and a lot more customer friendly so at the end of everything you know they try to upselled me and didn't give me no other option I'm just like not going through what the upsell so I had to pay like $140 for a oil change and I never paid that much for oil change so then they tell me like there's a leak they don't know where the leaks coming from so I know I was supposed to take my car there to see the manager I don't have time to and hopefully they can make it up somehow but yeah that's why I rate it that

Absolutely professional. I went for a smog test. Done in less than 20 minutes. Yes I do recommend them to everyone. 2023 2024 I went for another smog absolutely the same professionalism as a year ago.. I still recommend them for their services.
