I've gone through ace party rents before so I decided to use them for our company holiday party. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed to be able to fit everyone and everything inside a tent with heaters and it turned out great! The rental people were really helpful, especially when I wanted to change some things around last minute and it ended up looking really beautiful! Everyone was really happy and we would definitely use them again!

I first used Ace when I was in jam 2 months ago. The rental company I planned to use wasn't going to be able to deliver.  However they gave me an alternate rental company's number. The number turned out to be Anthony's personal phone. Anthony was patient, willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He is by far the best rental company representative that I've dealt with in my 14 years of event planning.  I have since made other reservations with him. For whatever reason he no longer works at Ace but I will always be grateful to him for saving my event. He is truly the best!!!

I first started using Ace a little over a year ago and had the best customer service experience in comparison to other rental houses. I host many events and do a decent amount of event planning, so I am familiar with most rental companies. Ace has outperformed every one of them.  Their rentals are clean, in good condition and competitively priced. For my most recent transaction, I had a last minute need for some tables and linens and called Ace in a panic wondering if my order was too late to be placed.  Anthony was absolutely amazing, assuaged my fears and even had the delivery ready the next day. It is this type of service that makes me a repeat customer and lead me to call Ace for all my party rental needs first!
