I love this studio & the classes, but sometimes I feel like certain instructors can be very rude, demeaning, and project their anger into the classes. This is an exercise class, not a way for grown woman to project their anger of their personal life into the classes & direct it at the students... Please be more selective of your instructors & more mindful & aware of how they are acting in class.

Staff is rude and unprofessional! The environment is unwelcoming, staff does not make it a pleasant place to be. They provide little to no support to new members who are simply trying to keep up and learn. Do not bother joining.

A new experience for me. The staff has been very helpful and informative. Nice clean place.

Went for a intro class with a friend. The instructor completely turned me off from joining. She was rude because i wasnt doing the exercise right. Instead of constructively correcting me she scolded me. That alone made me not want a membership.
