        The location is ok the staff are professional but there is a general unfriendliness about them. Some of the clients are very trashy and in general quite angry it makes going here uncomfortable.

        Theyre doing something funny with insurance and then ask you to pay. If you dont they send you to collections. Save yourself and go somewhere else, or check YouTube. You can find the videos on YouTube. Thats what the therapist told me and never showed me the exercises herself. -Updating my review to acknowledge (after months of nagging and lagging) they worked with me to take care of the balance issue. Still check your records and double verify everything at this place. Alicia is awesome and the therapists were nice, but the parking, appointment availability, and funny business aren't it.

        Got there 12 minutes late. Called ahead nobody would answer the phone. When i arrived they said I can only be 10 minutes late! Lobby was empty. They could have taken me in. I drove 30 miles to get here. Bad service. Not going back.

        Therapist constantly talking to each other rather than concentrating to the patients . Front desk is unprofessional. The only thing I am looking forward to go for my treatment is Cesar, I am think he is the best therapist in that facilities , focused strict to Home Work exercise but compassionate.
