Jessica Steinbacher is an amazing recruiter, and made the experience as smooth as possible. 6 months after my initial interview with Charles Foster, Jessie called me about an new opportunity that fit me to a T. She remembered details the conversation we had 6 months before, and in general showed a lot of personal support throughout the process. I felt like she wanted me to succeed instead of just filling a role for a client company. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an opportunity in today's job market.

I was going through a hard time finding work after quitting a bad job and staff here worked with me directly even with gaps in my schedule to give me working ours and we're always respectful and kind. They even send me a birthday card. 10/10 Charles Foster is a wonderful staffing agency.

I was seeking seasonal work & Charles Foster Staffing welcomed me, unlike other local temp agencies who never even acknowledge my resume (i.e. work experiences or education). I had several opportunities to work at different locations & events thru the holidays. I am grateful that my supervisor - Jessica S., as well as Alex, Bonnie, & other staffers were very supportive! I wished the gigs paid a little more but the quality work environments more than made up for it. Thanks Charles Foster Staffing!

I retired from the Navy about a year ago and looking to start a career with a new company. I spoke with Alexis and let me tell you that she put all of my concerns and worries aside when reaching out for help. She provided me with tons of feedback on my resume and I am so very grateful for her patience and understanding with my situation. It has been over 20 years since I had to write a resume or even have to look for a job. With Alexis and Charles Foster Staffing, my mind is at ease and I am enjoying working with them!!
