        I knew better than to purchase from a big dealership. They did exactly what Ive heard about. Told us the used vehicle we purchased went through some 40 point inspection or something like that. Told us the work that has been done on the vehicle was done by a reputable shop. We got it home and it had five vacuum leaks and the shop they said did the work on it never seen the vehicle before. Basically they tell you what you want to hear to sale you a vehicle. Dont trust this dealership I never will again.

        Im not one to write good reviews unless someone really deserves it. This dealership deserves it. Cynthia was my salesman and she was great! Very respectful and professional. She by far surpassed my expectations of what some big city dealerships have become. I wasnt sure what kind of experience I would get as I have traditionally stayed with small town dealerships. Cynthia went above and beyond making sure I was put into nice similar to my last vehicle. She did not try to pull any fast ones on me or play some number game as I had experienced at other OKC dealerships. Do yourself a favor and give this Toyota dealership your business. You wont regret it.

        I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a brand new 2024 Toyota Highlander Platinum. My first experience was when I went there to ask someone to help me go through the bells and whistles and to link my phone to the car. The sales kid had no idea how to do anything and I had to "figure it out" by myself. With only 500 miles, the touch screen stopped working. No music, no navigation, it will not respond. They said that "this sometimes happens." Although it is under warranty, I have had nothing but problems while trying to get it repaired. The manager in the service department is especially rude and really doesn't care. I guess once Toyota is paid, they no longer care about customers. I wish I could give negative stars.
