        I live in Newark Delaware and somehow I got Jay on the phone when I called an 800 number for ice maker repair. Even though he is in Bethany, OK he talked me through the problem and even called me back with more advice. If airfare wasn't so expensive I'd pay for him to fly here. Maybe an Uber car?
