This would be my first time coming to Americas Best. Christi did a phenomenal job with making me feel comfortable and welcoming. I was able to get through my pretest easily and she explained what the back of eye look like after taking pictures of both. She did an awesome job! Thank you Americas Best!!!

Tayshawn I will give him an absolutely 10. They had like 10 people working that day nobody knew what the hell was going on employees walking in circles and confused on what to do I waited over five minutes before someone help me. One Person on the phone never acknowledge me while I was standing there just nothing not even maam, I will be with you in one second or say to the person that was standing behind her doing nothing but staring across the room at the glasses on the wall can you help this person, Two ladies took over three minutes just to put away one damn prescription paper. The eye doctor was rude and didnt listen to any of my concerns I felt Iike I was being rushed out because he was the only one there not sure what his name was but it was a older white male and about 62 tall. Now heres the kick off my glasses sat there for about two weeks nobody called to let me know and on top of that my first and last name was spelled incorrectly. I had to walk in just to get my glasses. Americas Best please get it together ASAP

Brought glasses from this place. Whoever is doing their prescriptions when glasses are sant out . They over due the medication. You have to send them back out. They dont call you to let you know your glasses are in. You have to call them. They work off commission so half the time they dont tell you the incentives that are available. It was my first and last. The glasses could be buy 1 get 1 free. I wouldnt want them.
