        Waited 20 minutes on customer service to be hung up on...kept saying hello but she said she couldn't hear me and she hung up. My bill keeps doubling every other month and we have cut way back on water usage and it keeps doubling...bills here are crazy!

        HRSD bills you for services never performed. Fill up your pool and they will bill you for the same volume of sewage treatment, even though that water never goes down the drain. How is this not fraud? Also, online bill pay doesn't work but will trap you in a reCAPTCHA loop forever and never let you pay.

        Not sure what's going on but the water company and HRSD bills have trippled. Residents of Virginia our seeing bills that say we've consumed over 16,000 to 30,000 gallons of This is not an isolated incident. We have went to the city and contacted the state and governors office. NOTHING IS BEING DONE. But we have cutoff notices . SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH the water meters that they are reading this way. THE WATER COMPANY REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY
