One our local favorites and some of the best food in Hampton Roads. The scratch margaritas are excellent and Ive never had a bad meal here. Portions are large and I often end up with leftovers. The menu is diverse and different from your average Mexican menu. The Pique a lo Macho is one of the best meals I have ever eaten.

Update4: Food is great, service is great. The one thing I miss is that pre-Covid they had decent wne selection. Update3: Still great food with reasonable prices. Service was great. One mistake by the kitchen but that turned out in our favor. Looks like a lot of turn over; didn't see a familiar face. Update 2: Everything was fantastic. We had our favorite waitress waiting on us so service was great. And the food is good no matter where you sit or whoever serves you. Update: Service and food still excellent but wine selection much smaller. Also Dos XX no longer in tap. Minor changes but I do miss the larger variety of wine. Service: Excellent, Food :Excellent, Prices : Reasonable. The servers are attentive and greet you quickly. The food is fresh not process looking like Mexican style cooking tends to look. The food is Central American which must be a kin to Mexican so the menu is familiar. Ample wine, beers and drink list. Tends to be crowded at peak dinner hours. We always have a good experience here
