This pays for the technicians and other staff to look at the equipment and complete an estimate. Sometimes customers decline estimates or technicians do not recommend repair. If we determine that the unit is not worth repair, it is our honest assessment. The parts and service department would like to sell you parts and labor for your repair. They can’t do that if they don’t recommend repairing the unit.
